IBC2024 is scheduled to be held as an in-person even on 1 - 6 December 2024 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. <br><br> An IBC invited session brings together a small number of speakers (two–four) on a particular statistical topic. A discussant may also form part of a session. A discussant should describe the latest research in the session topic and make it accessible to a ‘non-expert’ audience, as well as provide commentary on the various talks during the 90-minute session.<br><br> We encourage the submission of proposals covering a wide range of topics in the theory and application of statistics to biological and life sciences. We look more favorably at sessions with a diversity of speakers with respect to gender, geographic region, and seniority.
