[ABE-L] 61ª RBras 2016 -- algumas informações [some useful information]

Prezados Colegas e Amigos,

a 61ª RBras 2016 está apenas a menos de três dias de distância e estamos
ansiosos por vos receber em Salvador. Com este email pretendo apenas
dar-vos algumas informações práticas:

   - para os colegas que chegam de avião e ficam hospedados no Gran Hotel
   Stella Maris (9.6 km do aeroporto), a melhor opção será pegar um taxi;

   - para os colegas que chegam de avião e ficam hospedados no Instituto
   Anisio Teixeira (IAT; Estrada da Muriçoca - São Marcos; 11.6km de distância
   do aeroporto), poderão pegar um taxi ou ônibus;

   - Nos dias 23, 24 e 25 haverá um ônibus que sairá da entrada principal
   do Campus da UFBA em Ondina às 7h00, que passará pelo IAT cerca das 7h20
   (dependendo do trânsito) e terá como destino final o Gran Hotel Stella
   Maris; O percurso inverso deste ônibus será no dia 23 pelas 21h30, no dia
   24 pelas 20h00 e no dia 25 pelas 14h30;

   - Os Colegas que pretendam almoçar no restaurante do hotel poderão
   fazê-lo por um custo de R$60,00 (senhas estarão à venda próximo ao
   credenciamento). Haverá também venda de sandwiches para quem pretender um
   almoço mais leve/barato;

   - Envio em anexo um resumo da Programação Científica final. Peço
   especial atenção para o início da Cerimônia de Abertura exatamente às 9h00
   do dia 23;

   - Optamos por não cobrar inscrições nos minicursos. Quem fez o pagamento
   deverá levar o comprovante de pagamento e será reembolsado;

   - O credenciamento começará no dia 23 pelas 7h45 em frente à sala
   Salvador II. No entanto, *quem estiver hospedado no hotel do evento ou
   visitar o local no dia 22, poderá fazer o credenciamento em frente à
   receção entre as 16h00 e as 19h00*.

Dear Colleagues and Friends,,

the 61st RBras 2016 is less than three days away and we are looking forward
to welcome you here in Salvador. In this email I would like to give you
some practical information:

   - those of you that are arriving by plane and are staying in the Gran
   Hotel Stella Maris (9.6 km from the airport), the best choice would be to
   take a taxi. I expect a cost between 50 and 60 BRL (less than 15 Euro);

   - On the 23rd, 24th and 25th there will be a bus that leaves the main
   entrance of UFBA (Campus of Ondina) at 7:00am towards the Gran Hotel Stella
   Maris; the reverse way will be on the 23rd at 9:30pm, on the 24th at 8:00pm
   and on the 25th at 2:30pm;

   - The lunch in the hotel costs R$60 (you can buy it near the conference
   registration desk);

   - Enclosed please find  the final scientific program and schedule.
   Please be aware of the beginning of the Opening Ceremony that will take
   place on the 23rd, in the room Salvador II at 9am.


   - The registration desk will be open from 8h45 on the 23rd, in front of
   the room Salvador II. However, *for those that are staying in the hotel,
   we will have a registration desk open in the hotel lobby on the 22nd
   between 4pm and 7pm*.
