Full-time Academic Position at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile<br>
<br>
The Departamento de Matemática y Ciencia de la Computación  invites to<br>
apply to  one tenure-track position at the  assistant, associate or full<br>
professor  level in the area of statistics.<br>
<br>
Candidates should have a Ph.D in Statistics and exhibit experience in both<br>
research and teaching. Candidates with speciality in Time Series;<br>
Computational Statistics; Multivariate Analysis or Bayesian Statistics<br>
will be preferred.<br>
<br>
The successful applicant's duties will include teaching at undergraduate<br>
and graduate levels, conducting research and to participate in technical<br>
assistance projects.<br>
<br>
The level of assistant, associate or full profesor will be assigned in<br>
terms of research and teaching experience. The annual salary will be of<br>
around  US $ 41.000, US $52.000 and US $65.000; before legal discounts and<br>
taxes  for assistant, associate or full profesor level, respectively.<br>
<br>
