TITULO: Inference in a structural heteroscedastic calibrationmodel (*) 
 Palestrante: Mário de Castro, ICMC-USP. Resumo:In this talk we deal withinference in an heteroscedastic calibration model. We embrace a multivariatestructural model with known diagonal covariance error matrices, which is acommon setup when different measurement methods are compared. Maximumlikelihood estimates are computed via the EM algorithm. Consistent estimationof the asymptotic variance of the maximum likelihood estimators and a graphicaldevice for model checking are also discussed. Test statistics are proposed fortesting hypotheses of interest. Results of simulations comprising pointestimation, interval estimation, and hypothesis testing are reported. Anapplication to a real data set is given.
