[ABE-L] Fw: PIMS-CRM Summer School in Probability - 2017

This is an announcement of the 2017 Summer School in Probability which will 
take place at UBC, Vancouver, Canada, in June 5-30, 2017.

There will be two 4-week courses:

* Marek Biskup: Level sets and extreme points of the Discrete Gaussian Free
  Field and related processes.

* Hugo Duminil-Copin: Graphical approach to lattice spin models.

There will also be 3 short (3 lecture) courses by
* Sandra Cerrai,
* Christina Goldschmidt, and
* Martin Hairer.

Funding for local expenses will be provided for some participants.
This includes housing and some incidental support.
Application for financial support are accepted at the webpage below. The 
deadline has been extended to December 31, 2016.

The school is intended primarily for graduate students and postdoctoral 
fellows in Probability. There will also be opportunities for interested 
participants to present their own research.
