[ABE-L] [Fwd: Barry James]

Nunca conheci o Berry James pessoalmente, infelizmente.  Mas o excelente curso da professora Tereza Benezath, pro mestrado em
Estatística da UFRJ em 1991 e baseado no seu aclamado livro, foi  um marco na minha vida acadêmica, e o ponto a partir do qual percebi que queria ser um estatístico (já era Bayesiano!) e que probabilidade era a única linguagem possível para navegar nesse mundo de incertezas.
