[PATCH] iio: light: ltr501: Use automatic cleanup of locks

Replace `mutex_lock` and `mutex_unlock` with `guard(mutex)` and
scoped_guard(mutex)` to reduce boilerplate and allow for
easy-to-read code blocks.
