Segue anúncio sobre uma mudança para o formato de educação a distância de
um importante programa de formação na área de amostragem. Isto talvez
viabilize participação de maior número de interessados fora dos EUA, e este
ano, estão com mais bolsas disponíveis, já que não terão que pagar para
alunos que se deslocam até Michigan para cursar o programa...

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sampling Program for Survey
Statisticians will be offered exclusively in a remote format this year.

The program schedule will remain the same, from June 3 to July 31, 2020.
All classes and workshops will be administered in real time through a video
conference system and course materials will be provided to participants
through the University of Michigan web-based learning management system.

The online application is still open at http://www.si.isr.umich.edu.

All other courses in the Summer Institute for Survey Research Techniques
will also be offered in a remote format this year.
