Quando organizamos o SINAPE 2000 fizemos de tudo para que ele pudesse
participar
e ele foi a grande estrela do evento.

Basilio organizou a concessão do titulo de Doutor Honoris Causa da UFRJ
para ele.
Foi uma honra para a UFRJ!
