[ABE-L] Cancellation of the Ceremony of Professor Emeritus for Carlos Pereira

Dear colleagues and friends,

The ceremony for the granting of the title of Professor Emeritus to Carlos
Pereira has been canceled due to the tragic passing of the beloved Director
of IME/USP, Prof. Sérgio Muniz Oliva Filho, which occurred on March 12.

We will notify everyone as soon as a new date is set.
